Returns and exchanges

The Buyer may cancel the purchase at any time before the Work is handed over by sending a request to the Seller's email address. The amount paid is refunded in full.

The Buyer may return a Work of proper quality within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided that its condition, original packaging, certificate of authenticity and documents are preserved. The costs of return shipping, insurance and customs clearance are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.

If the Work is damaged in transit or does not match its description on the Website, the Seller accepts it back at the Seller's own expense and refunds the full price, including delivery costs.

Payments made by bank card are refunded only to the card used for payment, via the acquiring bank, JSICB Ipak Yuli Bank. The Seller initiates the refund within 10 banking days of receiving the Work back (or of receiving a cancellation request before handover). The time it takes for the funds to reach the card depends on the card-issuing bank.

Payments made by bank transfer are refunded by transfer to the account from which the payment was received, in the currency and amount actually credited to the Seller's account. Bank fees for refunding an international transfer are deducted from the refund amount.

Since every work is unique, an exchange for another Work is processed as a return and a new purchase.
