Delivery

Version of 18.10.2026

1.China

Works are shipped to any city in China by a specialist fine-art carrier, insured for their full value. Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks after the export documents have been completed. The cost is calculated individually, agreed with the Buyer before dispatch, and paid separately against an invoice.

Each work is packed in a rigid wooden crate with moisture protection. The work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist and an invoice for customs clearance.

2.Export and customs

Taking works of art out of the Republic of Uzbekistan requires export permits and customs procedures. The Seller takes care of preparing the documents; the time needed to obtain them is not included in the delivery time.

Import duties, taxes and fees of the destination country (including the People's Republic of China) are paid by the Buyer. On request, the Seller will provide the documents required by the Buyer's customs broker.

3.Tashkent

Delivery within Tashkent is free of charge and is carried out within 3–5 business days after payment. The work is handed over in museum-grade packaging, together with a certificate of authenticity and a certificate of acceptance. Collection from the studio is possible by prior arrangement.

4.Regions of Uzbekistan

Delivery to other cities in Uzbekistan is carried out by a specialist fine-art carrier within 5–10 business days. The cost of delivery is included in the price of the work.

5.Other countries

Delivery to other countries is carried out on the same terms as to China: by a specialist carrier, insured for the full value. The cost and delivery time (usually 3–6 weeks) are calculated individually and agreed with the Buyer before dispatch.

6.Acceptance

On receipt, the Buyer inspects the packaging and the Work in the presence of the courier and signs the certificate of acceptance. Any damage must be noted in the certificate and reported to the Seller within 24 hours; damage in transit is covered by insurance.
