The Seller does not receive, process or store bank card data: the card number, expiry date and CVV/CVC are entered only on the secure payment page of the acquiring bank, JSICB Ipak Yuli Bank, with 3-D Secure technology. The bank processes this data in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.

Performance of the contract of sale: placing and paying for orders, communicating with the Buyer, delivery, invoicing, refunds, and responding to inquiries and requests.

Data is disclosed only to the extent necessary to fulfil the order: to the acquiring bank (order number and amount), to the delivery service and customs authorities (name, phone number, address), and to government authorities in cases provided for by law.

Personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan is stored on servers located in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Website operates only over the secure HTTPS protocol. Data is retained for the period necessary to perform the contract and to meet the requirements of accounting legislation.
